11th Global Digital Humanities Symposium

This coming year, we are thrilled to celebrate the annual Symposium’s 11th year. Please refer to the Call for Proposals linked below for details on presentation formats accepted for both returning and new participants.
Proposals and presentations are welcome in either English or Spanish for the virtual event, and in English for the in-person events at Michigan State University and Universidad de Monterrey*. During the virtual Symposium, we will support live interpretation of presentations.
*Poster proposals for presentation at Universidad de Monterrey are welcome in English or Spanish

Include your proposal below. All proposals should be between 250-300 words, except for Pre-Composed Panel proposals, which should include 100 words describing the panel as a whole, plus titles for each presentation within the panel and 100 words describing each presentation in the panel. If accepted, the text you enter here will serve as the description for your presentation and will be shared on the Symposium program and abstracts pages.
Note that the Symposium uses an open review process, so you are welcome to include names, project links, etc to fully describe and contextualize your proposal.
